
Standard Rooms
All of our Standard Rooms are comfortably appointed and offer ensuite shower or bath, Colour TV, Central heating, Hairdryer, WI-FI Internet Access, Direct dial telephone and Hospitality Trays.
Premier Rooms
Our Premier Rooms tend to be more spacious and have all been recently refurbished with quality coordinated soft furnishings and fittings. In addition all our Premier Rooms provide ensuite shower or bath, Colour TV, Central heating, Hairdryer, WI-FI Internet Access, Direct dial telephone and Hospitality Trays.
Deluxe Rooms
Our Deluxe Rooms are our largest and most luxurious rooms, equipped with jacuzzi spa baths and shower, as well as all the facilities available in our Premier rooms.
Smoking
All our public areas are now non-smoking in accordance with the SmokeFree legislation brought in on 1st July 2007. We do not provide smoking bedrooms for guests, and as such smoking in bedrooms is now against the law. A comfortable, heated front terrace is available for any guests who wish to smoke while staying with us.

Only one offer or promotion can be used per reservation.
Confirmation
We ask for a £20.00 deposit per person to secure the booking, which is then allowed against your account on departure.
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy and notification is required in writing. Failure to comply may result in the loss of any monies paid. If you cancel your booking within 48-hours and we re-let the accommodation, we shall return your deposit. In the event of a non-arrival we reserve the right to recover the full amount for the accommodation.
We make no service charge and all prices are per room, per night and include VAT. Included in your tariff is a voluntary £1.00 donation towards the South Hams Green Lane scheme. If you do not wish to pay this then please let reception know and they will deduct it from your bill.
Check in and check out
Rooms are usually ready by 2:00pm on the day of arrival and we ask that on your day of departure you vacate your room by 11:00am. If you arrive before 2:00pm then we will take your luggage and park your car.
TQ9 Restaurant Bookings
TQ9 Restaurant offers guests the very best local produce served in a relaxed, stylish environment. If you wish to dine in the restaurant and are booked on a bed and breakfast basis then please contact Reception.
Parking
We have limited private parking available on site for Hotel resident guests only, which is normally ample to accommodate our guests. The car park can be found at the rear of the hotel.
Pets
Well behaved dogs are allowed only in our Standard Rooms, and are also permitted in both our bars.
