We have limited parking on site for residents to the rear of the hotel. If this is full upon your arrival, there are two long stay car parks along Steamer Quay Road as well as North Street long stay car park. Should you require any further information please call us and we’ll be happy to help.

Absolutely. Dogs are permitted in most areas of the hotel including the bar and a select number of our rooms. We politely request that dogs are kept on leads at all times in public areas and are not left unattended at any time.

If you are planning to bring a dog during your stay, you must ensure that a Dog-Friendly Room has been booked prior to arrival.

Dog charges are £20 per dog, per stay. This charge is not included in the room rate and will be added as an additional cost on top of the accommodation rate. Dogs cannot be left unattended in bedrooms during your stay.

As we do accommodate dogs on site, guests with allergies or sensitivities are strongly advised to notify the hotel directly in advance of arrival. While we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, we will always endeavour to meet individual requirements where possible.
